Thank you for using Orchard!

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Orchard’s services — file storage, a database, authentication, email, and deployment — accessed through the Orchard MCP server and dashboard (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Orchard provides managed cloud backend building blocks that your AI coding agent (such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex) can set up and use on your behalf in plain language — so you don’t have to manage cloud accounts, API keys, or infrastructure yourself.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Services to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or malware, or abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Services or other users.

4. Your content

You own the content and data you store through Orchard. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content so we can provide the Services to you. You’re responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

5. Fees

Orchard may charge usage-based fees as described in the product. You’re responsible for fees incurred under your account.

6. Service availability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orchard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms. We’ll revise the effective date above.
